HumWare Media Corp Launches Major Sales and Marketing Plan For Boondoggle Sports Network

GOLDEN, Colo., Aug. 2, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- HumWare Media Corporation (Pink Sheets:HMWM) announced today that the Company has launched a new ambitious sales and marketing program for the Boondoggle Sports Network (BSN). The expansion of the BSN's overall marketing program will include a major direct mail and follow-up telephone campaign. In addition, HumWare intends to set-up a program to specifically target the hospitality market.

The Company recently mailed 3500 mailers and completed a training program for a group of telemarketers who will be making outbound calls to bars and restaurants. This group will be responsible for Boondoggle sales and lead generation, and has been trained in product and market knowledge by the Company. The program includes the distribution of specialized mailers to the Company's primary target markets which will include many of the 925,000 bars and restaurants in the U.S. The direct mail program will be followed up with a telemarketing campaign to establishments that received the materials. HumWare's marketing strategy will also include traditional advertising in select industry trade publications, as well as attending, and presenting at several of the largest, most influential conferences and tradeshows.

Recently, HumWare Media Corp. announced shareholders of record, as of August 15, 2007, will receive 1 share of restricted Evans Systems, Inc. stock for every 70 shares of HumWare they own as of the record date. The Company's shareholders will maintain their stock ownership of HumWare and, in addition, will receive shares of Evans Systems, Inc. HumWare shareholders of record, as of August 15, 2007, must have at least 10,000 shares in HumWare Media Corp. to qualify.
