digiMedical Solutions, Inc. Appoints David Happe to digiMedical Board of Directors

COLLEYVILLE, TX--(Marketwire - February 7, 2008) - digiMedical Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DGMS) today announced that Mr. David A. Happe has joined the digiMedical Board of Directors effective February 5, 2008.

David A. Happe is a nationally known speaker and retail expert with over 18 years worth of retail merchandising and product management experience. Mr. Happe was a national buyer for the world's largest retailer, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., where he managed an annual budget in excess of $600 million for Sam's Club. Prior to his role with Wal-Mart, Mr. Happe was a buyer for several years for Best Buy Company, Inc. and Damark International in Minneapolis. His international advisory experience includes long term consulting agreements with companies such as Nakamichi, Akai, Samsung CCTV, Winterborne Packaging, and others. Mr. Happe is also the founder and president of privately held U.S. Install LLC, a national consumer electronics installation firm.
