digiMedical Solutions, Inc. Appoints Tanner Selinger to Board of Directors to Support $10 Million 2008 Revenue Goal

COLLEYVILLE, TX--(Marketwire - February 12, 2008) - digiMedical Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DGMS) today announced the Company has appointed Tanner Selinger, current Accounting Controller for Chippenhook Corporation, to its board of directors. Mr. Selinger brings over 14 years experience to digiMedical with a background in accounting with Microsoft-based technology firms. Prior to joining Chippenhook, Mr. Selinger has held accounting positions at various technology companies to include TMG Solutions and Autodesk, Inc., in San Rafael, California and Getz Brothers, Inc., a 35-member foreign affiliate company.
