Three Florida Coastal Properties to be Marketed by The Plasencia Group

The first property is an 84-unit boutique hotel and marina located on Treasure Island, FL. Treasure Island is a barrier island in the Tampa-St. Petersburg area on the state's west central coast. The boutique asset underwent a multi-million dollar renovation in 2007 to create a first-class hotel. The property is located directly on Boca Ciego Bay across the street from some of Florida's most pristine, white Gulf beaches.
