Technology Credit Union Welcomes Cynthia Erickson as the Newest Member of Its Board of Directors


SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwire - July 7, 2008) - Technology Credit Union (Tech CU) is pleased to announce that Cynthia Erickson has recently joined its Board of Directors.

Cynthia Erickson has more than 20 years' experience in leadership and business management with global Fortune 500 companies. Her executive roles include nine years with First Interstate Bank of California, first as Vice President Human Resources and then Vice President Line Manager. Ms. Erickson's five years in the technology sector include HR Director Global Services at Siebel Systems, where she partnered with the senior team to design and deliver worldwide programs. Ms. Erickson was awarded Siebel CEO's Circle Award for top performance. Earlier work encompasses six years of HR management with Baxter Healthcare, a global Biotechnology company.

Ms. Erickson is currently an Adjunct Business Professor at Menlo College in Atherton and a member of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and Executives, a professional Silicon Valley business group.

Ms. Erickson is an alumna of the University of San Francisco, has studied abroad at Gonzaga University (Florence, Italy) and has done graduate work at Northwestern University. In 1997, she earned a senior-level Credential (SPHR) from the national Society for Human Resource Management and is published in the field.
