Company Announcement No. 26/2008 Copenhagen, Denmark September 17, 2008 Bank facilities Referring to previous announced and as mentioned in the daily newspapers about the bank facilities of Olicom, we for the sake of good order hereby define that Olicom in connection with the acquisition of Aktiv Gruppen on June 30, 2008 took over bank facilities in Roskilde Bank at more than DKK 200 million which wasn't fully drawn. We are in close dialog with Roskilde Bank and have never been informed that Olicom should have been placed on a special list of “risky engagements”.
