Kephanie Landess Joins Patersons HR and Payroll Solutions as Vice President of Sales for Americas
HR Outsourcing Thought Leader Chosen for Her Experience in HRO Sales, Solution Design, Implementation and Operations

RALEIGH, NC and SALISBURY, UK--(Marketwire - July 7, 2009) - Patersons HR and Payroll Solutions, a

that HRO expert Kephanie Landess has joined the company as Vice President
of Sales, Americas. In this capacity, she will be responsible for driving
Patersons' direct sales activity throughout the Americas.
Landess comes to Patersons HR and Payroll Solutions from Ceridian, where
she held several positions during her nine-year career with the company.
Most recently, she was vice president, Human Resource Outsourcing
Solutions, where she managed 11 solution consultants and exceeded her 2007
quota by 48 percent. Earlier in her career at Ceridian, she held positions
as HRO Lead Solution Consultant, Systems Consultant and Implementation
Consultant.

Her other professional experience includes roles as an Implementation

She earned a Bachelor in Business Administration in finance from the
University of Tennessee and will be located in Patersons' Raleigh, N.C.
offices.
