TOMI Environmental Solutions (aka The Ozone Man, Inc.) Records Major Commercial Project

BEVERLY HILLS, CA--(Marketwire - July 20, 2009) - E-Wire -- The Ozone Man, Inc. (OTCBB: OZOM), dba TOMI Environmental Solutions, or TOMIES, announced today the a large-scale commercial project the company expects to complete in the current fiscal quarter. This project will utilize the Company's proprietary ozone treatment system to an area in excess of 650,000 square feet in midtown Manhattan. The company has already received payments of $150,000 during the 2nd quarter ending 2009 for this project, representing a small portion of the total value of the contract. Independent Industrial Hygienists have seen significant level reductions in all VOC and toxic chemical compounds and this first project has already resulted in the assignment of 1 more project treatment. These commercial projects will be utilized for a range of purposes including restoration damage from fire/water as well as healthcare facilities related to infection control.
