Frank Reite has in his capacity of chairman of the board of Aker Seafoods ASA as of 19 August 2009 been granted proxies to vote for a total of 34 106 461 shares, equivalent to 70.11 per cent of the share capital and the votes of the company, at the extraordinary general meeting on 28 August 2009. The proxies do not contain any voting instructions and shall only apply at the said general meeting.
