At the Hexagon Composites ASA Board meeting held 25th August 2009,
the Board decided to maintain the current level of 2 640 000 options.
The exercise price for 2012 for existing participants is the closing
share price at 25.08.2009 + 10%. For new participants the exercise
price for 2010 will be the closing share price at 25.08.2009 + 10%,
for 2011 the exercise price will be the closing share price as at
25.08.2009 + 20% and for 2012 it will be the closing share price as
at 25.08.2009 + 30%.
