* Company business operations have gone from a near bankrupt state as a failed coffee cigar bar to entering the explosive and exciting multi-million dollar business of electronic marketing and lead generation business. * Name change through the state of Nevada from Casa Havana, Inc. to Design Marketing Concepts, Inc. The company has submitted documents to FINRA for the name change to be affective on the trading boards as well as a new trading symbol. * The Company has entered into its first marketing venture and acquisition with TotalCredit and Collections TotalCredit.com a marketing arm of the worlds largest credit repair and enhancement law firm Lexingtonlaw.com as a lead generation and marketing service. This acquisition is due to complete on or before October 20, 2009. * The Company's common stock has risen 233% in 30 days from .03 bid to .10 bid with the ask holding strong at .25. * The Company has completed all of the necessary forms (from 211 and form 15c211) for FINRA. * The Company has gone from Stop No Information on Pink Sheets to Limited information and has updated all corporate information. * The Company has retained R.R. Hawkins International Accounting firm to keep up with current financial filings.
