MMR Information Systems, Inc. to Add Ongoing and Upcoming Clinical Trials to MyMedicalRecords.com Website

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - November 23, 2009) - MMR Information Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: MMRF) ("MMR") announced today it will add a clinical trials information service to its MyMedicalRecords Personal Health Record site, www.mymedicalrecords.com. The feature, being developed with Global Research Services, LLC ("GRS"), will enable visitors to easily find upcoming and ongoing clinical trials for patients, friends and family members who may be seeking new channels for treatment of disease. The information service will be offered as part of MMR's secure and easy-to-use Personal Health Record ("PHR") that provides individuals and families access to their medical records and other important documents anytime from anywhere in the world using the Internet.

Robert H. Lorsch, Chairman and CEO of MMR Information Systems, Inc., noted, "Having a Personal Health Record helps reduce medical costs and save lives. The ability to assist users in finding clinical trials adds to the value of MMR's core product and attracts users to the Company's website. By working with GRS to help provide pertinent and current information about locating and identifying clinical trials to fight disease, MMR Information Systems offers a valuable tool that could potentially prove beneficial to both patients and their physicians."

Similar to the drug interaction database that MyMedicalRecords offers utilizing the Cerner Multum Drug Content Database, licensed to MMR from Cerner Corp., the clinical trials service to be operated in conjunction with Global Research Services brings with it a full-service clinical trials management organization. GRS, headquartered in Rockville, Maryland with offices in Canada, Europe and Asia, is already partnering with the Company to bring its anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies to market. The Company's anti-CD20 antibody asset, under patent protection until 2027, is potentially a candidate for the treatment of a variety of conditions known to be influenced by anti-CD20.
