Web Marketing Strategies Help Provide Resources Students Need to Reach Their Full Potential

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - February 10, 2010) -   Yellowstone Academy, Houston's only private faith-based elementary school serving children living in extreme poverty has launched, a new Web site powered by Tendenci ( online management software. The Web plays a critical fundraising role for the school, which relies solely on donations from individuals, corporations, congregations, organizations and foundations to meet its operating budget.

Yellowstone serves 288 students in pre-K through 6th grade from families whose median annual income is approximately $8,000. It uses words, pictures, and video to show how Yellowstone is using education and intensive intervention to help children living in poverty to transcend their circumstances.
