On 31 May 2010, ABC Vara AS, a fully owned subsidiary of ABC Grupi AS, concluded a sale contract for sale of a property located at Papiniidu 42, Pärnu with total area 4908 m2. Based on a rental agreement, the property is used for retail trade activity by A-Selver AS. For ABC Grupi AS the purpose of the transaction was obtaining finances for redemption of bonds. Sales price of the property was 51,7 mln EEK (3,3 mln EUR). As a result of the transaction, consolidated assets and liabilities of ABC Grupi AS will be down by 37,4 mln EEK (2,4 mln EUR). Financial loss from the transaction amounts to 2,3 mln EEK (0,1 mln EUR). In context of regulations of the Tallinn Stock Exchange, the transaction was not a transaction with related party. The purchaser of the property was Mai Keskuse OÜ who was consulted by Solution Management OÜ. Solution Management OÜ has actively operated in the area of business properties for last years.
