The International Business Software Managers Association's (IBSMA) software asset management (SAM) awards, now in its fourth year, recognizes IT professionals and companies who exemplify excellence in the practice of software asset management. The winners were chosen by an independent panel of experts from around the country affiliated with IBSMA. They were honored at SAM Summit 2010 in Chicago, May 23.
