Statement from the Board of Directors on the tender offer from Deltek Inc. -
the Board unanimously recommends that the tender offer be approved

Copenhagen, 3 June 2010. The Board of Directors of Maconomy A/S has unanimously
resolved to recom-mend that the shareholders accept the tender offer made by
Deltek Inc. The statement from the Board of Directors is attached to this
announcement.
