LOUISVILLE, Ky., June 11, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Churchill Downs Incorporated (Nasdaq:CHDN) ("CDI") will hold its annual meeting of shareholders on Thursday, June 17, 2010, at 10 a.m. ET, in the Triple Crown Room on the 5th floor of the Jockey Club Suites facility at Churchill Downs Racetrack in Louisville, Ky.
Shareholders and media representatives planning to attend the meeting may park in the preferred parking lot, adjacent to Central Avenue, and should enter at Gate 1 of Churchill Downs Racetrack, 700 Central Avenue, Louisville. Please utilize the Jockey Club Suites elevators, located behind the Paddock Pavilion.
Shareholders who attend the annual meeting are invited to remain afterward to enjoy a day at the races. Churchill Downs will provide shareholders with complimentary tickets for reserved seats in the Skye Terrace, including complimentary buffet and programs for the June 17 racing card.
