Today, Standard & Poor's has upgraded TDC's corporate credit rating to BB with a positive outlook from BB- with a positive outlook. Further, the credit rating of TDC's senior secured facility is upgraded to BBB- from BB+ and TDC's Euro Medium Term Notes are upgraded to BB from BB-.
