Green Endeavors Files Its Form 10 With the SEC

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire - June 24, 2010) -  Green Endeavors, Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: GRNE), a salon holding company, announced that it has filed a Form 10 Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission. A Form 10 is a comprehensive disclosure document with audited financial statements that will cause GRNE to become fully reporting with the SEC under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Once the filing is effective in 60 days, GRNE will be required to file regular quarterly reports (Form 10Qs), certain interim reports (Form 8Ks), annual reports (Form 10Ks), and several other disclosure documents.

Richard Surber, CEO of GRNE, explained, "I would describe a Form 10 as the shareholders' owner manual. The filing will provide more financial transparency and more ease in raising capital. Upon the Form 10 clearing comments with SEC, we will take steps to up list to the OTCQX and OTCBB. Our ultimate long term goal would be to obtain a listing on the NASDAQ Small cap upon meeting the net worth, earnings, and stock price requirements."
