Today, TDC A/S announces that Oliver Haarmann has notified the Board of
Directors that he wishes to resign from his position as member of the Board of
Directors. Oliver Haarmann, a Managing Director of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts &
Co., has been a board member since February 2006.
Henrik Kraft, the board alternate of Oliver Haarmann since March 2008, will
become ordinary member of the Board of Directors. Henrik Kraft is a Director of
Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.
The changes shall have effect as of today.
