This acquisition marks ancotel's first foray into the United States' data center and colocation market. The company will leverage Long Island's telecommunications infrastructure to provide invaluable communication opportunities throughout the Long Island and New York metro area to become the preferred gateway to Europe's number one telehouse.

Until recently, network infrastructure has often bypassed Long Island to traverse into and through Manhattan.
