MediaBeacon Integrates Rich Media With IBM's Web Technologies

MINNEAPOLIS, MN--(Marketwire - July 19, 2010) -  MediaBeacon, Inc., a leading provider of rich media solutions, today announced integration of IBM and MediaBeacon's technologies to bring rich media management to enable corporations' next generation web experiences. This new integration and joint technology initiative brings together technologies to help clients enable rich media as a communication medium to better engage their employees, customers, prospects, vendors and partners.

With this initiative, MediaBeacon's digital asset management platform is being integrated with IBM's WebSphere Portal and Lotus Web Content Management software. This initiative will bring MediaBeacon's digital asset management technology to organizations that want to easily manage and publish media-rich content for their external-facing websites. Through this integration, businesses will be able to access media assets like pictures, imagery, audio, video, collateral files in their web environments built on IBM WebSphere Portal and IBM Lotus Web Content Management with ease.
