Kansas City Woman Avoids Carpal Tunnel Surgery With Chiropractic Care From Overland Park Chiropractor

OVERLAND PARK, KS--(Marketwire - July 26, 2010) -  Overland Park Chiropractic patient Sherri Rinne revealed that internal health specialist and Overland Park Chiropractor Dr. Robert Patterson helped her avoid carpal tunnel surgery and manage her symptoms with chiropractic treatments.

Rinne reviewed her history of severe wrist pain and carpal tunnel syndrome in a new video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fhiYYZSDzHM

Rinne explained that her wrist pain made it difficult to do tasks at work. "I have had wrist problems for 10 years. It was to the point that I could not type or even hold a manila file folder. Dr. Patterson's treatments helped me regain strength and be able to perform simple tasks at work that I could not do before," said Rinne.

The patient was amazed that Dr. Patterson's treatments were so quick and effective. "After my initial adjustment, I had immediate relief. I did not think that this much relief was possible without surgery. I just love Dr. Patterson. He talks to me, listens to me and his staff is amazing. I would recommend him to anyone," said Rinne.

Dr. Patterson practices conservative care for back pain, headaches and digestive problems. "Taking a balanced approach means we have to treat each patient as a whole person. In order to obtain the best results, you must take into consideration not only the physical needs of the patients, but also their emotional and nutritional needs," Patterson said.

Dr. Robert Patterson is the founder of Overland Chiropractic and has been practicing for more than 20 years in the Kansas City area. In 2007, his clinic became only one of approximately 300 Creating Wellness centers located in the United States, Canada and New Zealand. Patterson is a graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic College (Kansas City), class of January 1988 and has specialized in the treatment of low back and leg pain for much of his career. Patterson is one of only three certified doctors in Kansas in Cox Flexion Distraction (decompression) manipulation. Most recently, he received Certification as an Internal Health Specialist through Logan College of Chiropractic.
