Viper Networks Announces Second Country Launch (Bahrain) for Commencement of Calling Card Sales in Middle East

Company Notches 2nd Launch Through Exclusive Agreement With Multi-Billion Dollar Telecommunications Company

TROY, Mich., Aug. 23, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Viper Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VPER), an emerging global telecommunication network operations and technical management company, is pleased to announce the official Bahrain launch of their calling card products and services through their exclusive agreement with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), the 7th largest telecommunications company on earth with over 81 million customers worldwide (www.BSNL.co.in).

This launch announcement establishes Bahrain as the second operational route for Viper Networks and the commencement of the Company's calling card sales within this country. In conjunction with their first operational launch in the Middle East, the Company has established their own licensed telecommunications company and wholly-owned subsidiary, Viper Networks Bahrain, to handle licenses, network management and sales distribution in the country.

Additionally, the Company is working with several leading telecom distributors within Bahrain to help maximize calling card sales throughout the region.

From the Company's business combination partnership with Cirilium India, Viper Networks owns the exclusive rights with BSNL to offer a full spectrum of national and international telecom services, beginning with Calling Cards, VoIP and Pinless Accounts, as well as majority ownership for operating the awarded India telecommunications license both inside and outside of the country.

The Bahrain launch, which follows the Company's initial Singapore launch in July, begins Viper Networks launch roll-out to multiple countries on several continents where the Company has previously announced deployment for a redundant telecommunications network between each respective country and India.

The Company's pre-paid international calling cards for retail inbound international traffic, will enable users to call from any landline, mobile, PC or VoIP enabled device from any country where it is launched worldwide.

In a follow up to the previously announced Singapore launch, the Company has a sales and distribution agreement with Globalcom Information Services (www.GIS.com.sg), a leading infocomm service provider in the Asia-Pacific region through the household brand names Globalcom and SayHi. For the Singapore launch, the majority of all calling cards are being printed by Globalcom, who is also actively selling them along with BSNL, Cirilium India and Viper Networks.

President of Viper Networks, Mr. Shouekani,  comments: "The Company's first successful launch from Singapore and now Bahrain, should serve to reinforce the quality of Viper Networks technology, services and capabilities. Since we have met BSNL's highest standards and testing protocols, all future country deployment launches are expected to come on line in an expedited manner."
