LAS VEGAS, Oct. 7, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SUFFER Apparel (Pink Sheets:ENTK) today announced effective September 27th, 2010, regulatory authority "FINRA" relaxed the regulations regarding symbol changes on publicly traded companies allowing applications for symbols to be changed along with restructures and name changes as previously allowed by NASDAQ before the transfer to FINRA.
SUFFER President Joseph Lewis today stated, "The Company has already completed and filed the required applications and submitted the fees for the symbol change request to "SUFR".
Mr. Lewis further commented FINRA, at its discretion, may allocate an alternative symbol, but is confident FINRA will accommodate the company's request if there are no conflicting requests in process. The application suggests that the process takes in the region of 10 days from time of application to become effective.
