Linley Tech Webinar Series Debuts November 9-11

AppliedMicro, 6WIND, and Continuous Computing First to Join Interactive Webinar Series That Follows Highly Successful Processor Conference

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA--(Marketwire - November 3, 2010) -  The Linley Group, the industry's leading source for independent technology analysis of semiconductors for networking, communications, mobile, and wireless, will host the first Linley Tech Webinar Series on November 9-11, 2010. Providing in-depth information on products, design trends and standards, this free series is based on content from the highly successful Linley Tech Processor Conference held recently in San Jose, Calif.

"While travel budgets have changed, the need to stay apprised of technologies and trends impacting designers hasn't," said Linley Gwennap, president and principal analyst for The Linley Group. "Our webinar series provides another point of access for engineering, marketing and financial executives to receive critical information that will affect next-generation networking, communications and wireless designs, and, as important, allows them to do so in an interactive format."

Industry leaders AppliedMicro, 6WIND, and Continuous Computing will join live one-hour webinars to discuss their latest products and technologies for networking and communications applications. Linley Group analysts will provide a brief overview of the subject matter and will serve as moderators for the webinars. Webinar participants will be able to join a live Q&A session, but the series will also be archived for viewing at a later date.
