As it was already informed, in February 2011 AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” (hereinafter referred to as Krājbanka) established the subsidiary company SIA “SILVA Invest”, registration no. 40103384386, to administrate and manage the real estate. On 01st March 2011 the Board of Krājbanka resolved to increase the stock capital of SIA “SILVA Invest” for LVL 723’000 (which according to the currency exchange rate determined by the Bank of Latvia as of the day of notification amounts to EUR 1’028’742), by investing into it the real estate objects owned by Krājbanka.
Krājbanka has acquired 40’100 or 100% of capital shares of SIA “Daugavpils Centra Nams”, registration No. 40103312458, by concluding purchase agreement with SIA “Pensacola”. SIA “Daugavpils Centra Nams” works in the field of real estate management.
By making the said investments Krājbanka has a purpose to optimize its activity by dividing the assets unrelated to the main banking activity.
