The board of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” (hereinafter referred to as Krājbanka) resolved to establish subsidiary company SIA “Dzirnavu 11”, by investing LVL 30 000 into stock capital. The company shall administrate and manage the real estate owned by Krājbanka. By establishing the said company Krājbanka has a purpose to optimize its activity by dividing the assets unrelated to the main banking activity.
