ActionView International, Inc. CEO Discusses Boise WCFC Event, Upcoming Championship Broadcast

CORONA DEL MAR, Calif., May 12, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AVEW) Chief Executive Officer Joe Wooten today discussed the results of the recent Boise, Idaho WCFC live event, stating, "The Boise event was a great success, featuring some of the greatest match ups in the history of WCFC. In the main event, Jerome Hatch, a heavy underdog to Season 11 Ultimate Fighter contestant, Idaho's own Kyacey "Ice Cold" Uscola, was impressive as he dominated a match that didn't once go to the ground, winning by tap out after brutally punishing Uscola with a flurry of knees, elbows and punches that left Uscola staggered and defenseless.

"On the undercard, Patrick Prescott looked strong as he defeated Jared Haller with a vicious arm bar in the second round, and Zach Owens defeated Ryker Ranstrom in a surprising rear naked choke in a fight heavily dominated with knees and kicks. But the star of the night was Darrell "The Mexican Fiesta" Flores, who extended his perfect record by winning his first professional fight against Phil Gebauer. Flores, who showed genuine respect and friendship towards Gebauer, was untouchable, displaying stand up and grappling skills that brought the packed crowd to its feet."

Commenting on the live broadcast, Mr. Wooten added, "Demand from around the world far surpassed what we anticipated, forcing us twice during the broadcast to bring additional servers online. The live event was seen by fans as far away as Russia, the Ukraine, Brazil, and across Europe and the Americas. The venue had limited bandwidth, which restricted the quality of the video, but overall the online viewers gave the event high marks. We are actively incorporating comments from viewers into our next live event, the sixteen-man tournament June 4th from Salt Lake City. The last two spots in the tournament were filled this week, and we couldn't be more excited by the quality of fighters vying to become the first WCFC champion.

"We will post highlights from the Boise show at www.wcfc.com in the coming days so that fans unable to watch live can see some of the best fighters in the west. We will also release the final 16-man tournament roster and open up ticket sales by the end of the week."
