AS “PrivatBank” informs that the Council of the Bank appointed Uldis Upenieks as a Member of the Board of the Bank. From 1995 till 2002, Uldis Upenieks worked in international audit company “Arthur Andersen”. From 2002 till 2011, he worked at AS “Parex banka”/ AS “Citadele banka”. His recent position at AS “Citadele banka” was Deputy Head of Risk and Compliance.
Uldis Upenieks does not hold shares of AS “PrivatBank”.
