Automated Voice Messaging Retains Memberships, Improves Collections

EasyLink Voice Notifications integrates with the fitness center's business systems to detect member non-payments resulting from a credit card expiration, a denied transaction, or a past due invoice. As a result, automated voice messages are then sent to the account holders. The interactive broadcast system is designed to improve membership continuity and speed collection times by replacing manual calling with proactive batch messaging. EasyLink Notifications also enables the customer to electronically track message deliveries and change or add messages as often as needed.

EasyLink Notifications Service is a cloud-based service that allows customers to setup and trigger interactive voice, email, SMS, and fax messages for a multitude of business applications including collections, reminders, delivery notifications, status changes and pickup reminders through a simple web interface. Customers have the ability to view message delivery details in near real time.
