A common issue within medical imaging is the ability to deliver reports to referring physicians on a timely basis. EasyLink's Fax as a Service integrates with CRM, ERP and other healthcare systems using EasyLink's WebServices API to automatically fax results to physicians. The integrated solution enables Touchstone to provide physicians with a direct delivery mechanism to receive confidential imaging reports so the physicians can determine the appropriate patient treatment.
EasyLink provides detailed transmission data that captures all relevant information including related ID codes, date, time, fax number, number of pages, and transmission status.
