On 21-12-2011 AB „Lifosa“ received the notice from JSC „Mineral and Chemical Company „EuroChem“ of the fact that on December 16, 2011 the transfer of AB „Lifosa“ shares ownership to their company was complete. The transfer of the ownership to the shares was executed in accordance with the ruling of Kedainiai district Court, dtd. November 7, 2011 on the basis of which the managers of the securities accounts were obliged to make entries in securities accounts about the transfer of AB „Lifosa“ shares ownership from minority shareholders to the JSC „Mineral and Chemical Company „EuroChem“.
