Comfort Sleep System Mattress Overlay to be Launched by BIOflex Medical Magnetics Inc.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 30, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BIOflex Medical Magnetics, Inc. ("BMMI") announced today that it intends to launch its unique Comfort Sleep System Mattress Overlay following the completion of the acquisition by iTech Medical, Inc. (OTC:IMSU) (FWB:0IM), announced May 23, 2012. The BIOflex Comfort Sleep System incorporates the Company's patented concentric circle magnets, strategically imbedded in the upper layer to improve circulation, accelerate healing and enhance pain relief.

According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), insufficient sleep is a public health epidemic with sleep insufficiency linked to motor vehicle crashes, industrial disasters, and medical and other occupational errors. An estimated 50-70 million U.S. adults have a sleeping disorder, many resulting from chronic back pain.

"We're very excited about the launch of our Comfort Sleep System Mattress Overlay," said Charles Zablotsky, CEO of BIOflex Medical Magnetics. "Our unique mattress overlay is designed to reduce chronic back pain. The new patented magnetic mattress toppers will be using 100% gel-infused foam to help maintain the body's temperature for a deeper sleep. Gel memory foam is designed to absorb and distribute pressure and is viewed as the most exciting product in sleep today. With the infusion of gel, we now provide a unique and superior product that offers a cool sleep with luxurious comfort, durability, and pressure relief."

BIOflex Medical Magnetics is a pioneer in the practice of medical magnetic therapy with its 25 years of market leadership. The BIOflex magnetic technology is founded on academic and clinical research demonstrating its ability to support the body's natural healing processes.   BIOflex Medical Magnetics announced on May 23, 2012 that it had entered into a Letter of Intent under which iTech Medical (OTC:IMSU) (FWB:0IM) would acquire 100% of BMMI. BIOflex Medical Magnetics holds the exclusive worldwide rights to the patented magnetic therapy product line, developed specifically for human medical use.
