Stockholm, 2012-08-03 00:53 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- President and CEO Fredrik Malmberg has purchased 2,100,000 newly issued shares in Paradox Entertainment AB through the incentive program which was voted through at the 2012 Annual General Meeting. As a result, the total amount of shares has increased from 76,010,365 to 78,110,365 and the new share capital is 7,811,036.50 SEK. The new shares are restricted and vested in three equal parts on May 31 in 2013, 2014 and 2015. Assuming full vesting, Malmberg owns 6,362,255 shares.
