Ruric has finished developing a concept of an A-class business center based on
Fontanka, 57

Ruric AB has finished a preliminary concept of an A-class business center based
on Fontanka, 57. This classic building was originally built in 1830-1834 and
designed by the famous Russian architect of the Italian origin Karl Ivanovich
Rossi. It is 18,000 m² and has a perfect location on the sunny side of the
Fontanka River in the historical center of Saint-Petersburg. Fontanka, 57 used
to house the Ministry of Home Affairs in the Russian Empire.
