Angelichio co-launched the Healthcare Solutions Division for The Judge Group in 2004 and has since grown the operation into a full-service national staffing, search and services firm with engagements in over 40 states. As director, Angelichio was responsible for cultivating new and existing national accounts, while driving the sales and delivery of the division's expanding professional services portfolio.

Eventually, Angelichio was moved into management where he was responsible for large portions of the U.S. and managed multiple P&Ls.
