The move is designed to help strengthen the company's mass market distribution strategy for its Icon Vapor brand of electronic cigarettes. Mr. Nelson brings with him more than four decades of experience executing successful sales campaigns in the mass market sector.

In a brief 5-year period with Mr. Nelson serving as President and CEO, Pace Shave grew to command a nearly 20% share of the U.S. private label razor market with a customer base that included many of America's leading retailers.
