INGREDION CFO, CHERYL K. BEEBE, RECEIVES CHICAGO CFO OF THE YEAR AWARD


WESTCHESTER, Ill., November 2, 2012 - Cheryl K. Beebe, CFO of Ingredion Incorporated (NYSE:INGR), a leading global providerof ingredient solutions to diversified industries,has been named 2012 Chicago CFO of the year by the Financial Executives International (FEI) Chicago Chapter.  The award recognizes exceptional performance of financial professionals in their roles as corporate stewards.

Chicago CFO of the Year is awarded in five categories:  large public company, mid-size public company, large private company, mid-size private company and not-for-profit organization.  Beebe won the award in the large public company category.   Award recipients are determined by a four-member committee of independent judges, who are finance professionals in industry and academia.

Beebe has been with Ingredion Incorporated, formerly Corn Products International, since 1980 and has held a variety positions with increasing responsibility in audit, planning and analysis, and treasury.  Currently her responsibilities include global management of financial reporting, procurement, information systems, insurance, investor relations, tax and treasury.
