Tedesco joined The Judge Group in 2003 as a senior account executive and quickly rose to the firm's highest rank in sales, being promoted to director of the Philadelphia Center City office in 2010. Under Tedesco's leadership, the Philadelphia office rapidly grew to become the second largest operation within The Judge Group.
