RIVERHEAD, NY--(Marketwire - Feb 6, 2013) - LONG ISLAND WINTERFEST: JAZZ ON THE VINE returns from February 9 to March 17, 2013 when you can enjoy six great weekends of truly exceptional jazz performances in Long Island, NY winery tasting rooms.

This year's program includes more than 70 performances at 19 participating Long Island wineries. Admission at each concert ($20 per person) includes a glass of wine (21 and older) and a chance to win a free hotel stay.

The Winterfest: Jazz on the Vine series features a full line up of top-level performers, including many Grammy recipients and Grammy-nominated artists. Multiple musical performances are scheduled each of the six weekends so visitors can plan to attend multiple winery concerts each day.

"Visitors to the Jazz on the Vine concerts can combine their love of great jazz music with a Long Island getaway," said Kristen Matejka, director of marketing at the Long Island Convention & Visitors Bureau (LICVB).
