SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., April 18, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Matrix Medical Network, a national leader in prospective medical assessment services for Medicare Advantage plan members, recently announced that Ed Hahn and Shane Perry have joined the company's Member Contact and Service Center in Clearwater, Fl.
As Director of Command Center Operations, Ed will be responsible for refining the company's outbound dialing strategy, ensuring resources are aligned to meet and exceed performance goals. Ed brings to Matrix a proven background in team leadership, scheduling, and production control. Prior to joining Matrix, Ed worked at Cross Match Technologies, Inc., where he was the director of Operational Excellence and championed continuous improvement and operational excellence efforts for the enterprise. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and served our country in two branches of the Armed Services. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
As Director of Member Relations, Shane will lead the company's Member Relationship Coordinator teams and will be responsible for maximizing the productivity and effectiveness as well as developing the skills of team members. He will also interface with the Production Scheduling & Control teams to ensure processes and member engagement protocols are aligned to create additional Medicare Advantage (MA) member scheduling opportunities. Shane comes to Matrix with a successful career in leading sales and customer service teams in both call center and retail operating environments. He has significant experience in the senior market, serving both Medicare and MA members as a sales director and director of case manager advisors for The SCOOTER Store, where his leadership helped improve acceptance rates and quality.
Ed and Shane will focus on process and productivity to create enhanced performance and success in their respective functional areas, and they will report to Matrix's Senior Vice President of Member & Provider Relations Steve Tatarian.
