CHANGE OF AUDITOR
The Board would like to announce that the Company's auditor, PKF (UK) LLP, has merged its business with BDO LLP. PKF (UK) LLP has consequently resigned as auditor and the Directors have appointed BDO LLP as auditor to fill the casual vacancy.
A statement of the circumstances connected with the resignation of PKF (UK) LLP will shortly be circulated to shareholders as required by section 520(2) of the Companies Act 2006, and will be available on the Company's website www.albion-ventures.co.uk/ourfunds Crown Place VCT PLC under the Financial Reports and Circulars section.
