AZUSA, Calif. – Nov. 13, 2013 – Northrop Grumman Corporation's (NYSE:NOC) Azusa campus was named a 2013 Energy Preservation Award winner by the Irwindale Chamber of Commerce to recognize its environmental leadership in energy management.

The Azusa campus was recognized for reducing electricity usage by 8 percent and reducing its carbon footprint by 16 percent over the five-year period from 2008 through 2012.

The Irwindale Chamber of Commerce initiated this Environmental Awards Program to recognize the efforts and diligence of businesses as related to environmental concerns. Categories for award recognition included Water Conservation, Energy Preservation, Waste Reduction, Environmental Innovation and Environmental Leadership.
