Photo Release -- Northrop Grumman Names Harry Q.H. Lee Vice President of Contracts, Pricing and Supply Chain


FALLS CHURCH, Va. – Nov. 14, 2013 – Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) has named Harry Q. H. Lee II, vice president, Corporate Contracts, Pricing and Supply Chain, reporting to James F. Palmer, corporate vice president and chief financial officer.

"Harry brings more than 30 years of combined aerospace and defense contract management experience to his new role," said Palmer. "He has worked with a wide variety of government customers and covered numerous phases of the acquisition life cycle. This expertise will serve him well in this corporate leadership role."

In his new position, Lee leads all aspects of contracts, pricing and supply chain including responsibility for the company's risk review process and development of companywide contracts and pricing policy, direction and training. He serves as the principal interface with key government regulators regarding all contract and pricing matters, government regulatory policy and oversight. He will also develop and implement companywide supply chain strategies and key processes, including socioeconomic business planning, strategy and compliance relative to its supply chain.

Most recently, Lee served as vice president of Contracts, Pricing and Program Business Operations for Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems. Lee joined Northrop Grumman in 1986 and rose through a number of increasingly responsible management positions. He chaired the Corporate Contracts Council and served as Northrop Grumman's representative on the Aerospace Industry Association's Procurement Techniques Committee.

Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Lee worked for Hughes Aircraft Company and G&H Technology, Inc.

Lee earned a bachelor's degree in finance from California State University, Fresno. He has completed executive and program management programs at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.
