Alliance Group has received antitrust approvals in Russia and Germany

As previously announced, Lambros Overseas S.A.’s and OJSC Alliance Group’s (together “Alliance Group”) potential acquisition of Alliance Oil Company by way of amalgamation is conditional on, inter alia, receipt of relevant antitrust clearances in Russia, Germany and Cyprus. The Board of Directors of Alliance Group today announces that antitrust approvals regarding the transaction have been obtained in Russia and Germany. The process in Cyprus is proceeding according to plan and Alliance Group is expecting decision from the Cypriot antirust authority this week.
