Kim is the latest addition to the firm's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) practice, which recently added notable AML/BSA lawyer, Michael F. Zeldin, to its team, and further expands the firm's electronic payments practice.

Kim received her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School (1997) and B.A. from Pepperdine University, cum laude (1994). She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Minnesota. Previously, Kim was Of Counsel with Patton Boggs in Washington, DC.
