Pinnacle Entertainment Confirms Discussions With GLPI Regarding Potential Transaction


LAS VEGAS, May 4, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:PNK) ("Pinnacle" or "the Company") today confirmed it is engaged in productive discussions with Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc. ("GLPI") regarding a potential acquisition of Pinnacle's real estate assets.

Pinnacle's Board and management team are committed to maximizing value for the benefit of Pinnacle shareholders.

Pinnacle noted that there can be no assurance that a transaction will result from these discussions. Pinnacle does not intend to make any additional comments regarding this matter until there is something definitive to report.
