Fraser Institute Media Advisory: New Study Spotlighting Growing Number of Firefighters in Ontario Coming Thursday, May 7


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - May 6, 2015) - On Thursday, May 7 the Fraser Institute will release a new study comparing firefighter staffing levels in Ontario to the number of reported fires over a 16-year period.

The study, Municipal Fire Services in Canada: A Preliminary Analysis, also examines firefighter staffing levels in other jurisdictions across the country and overall government spending on fire services.
