ARA Maintains Top Position on List of Fastest Growing Technology Companies in New Mexico

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., June 15, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Applied Research Associates Inc. (ARA) was recognized this week as the number one revenue producing company of the New Mexico Flying 40, an annual listing of the state's fastest-growing technology firms based on revenue expansion.

According to The Albuquerque Journal, the success of New Mexico's tech companies in the face of a five-year recession is notable. "This event is truly a celebration of success for New Mexico's companies," said John Freisinger, president and CEO of Technology Ventures Corp., host of the annual awards. "These firms have managed to generate significant revenue that has sustained them through some tough times. They've weathered the storm."

The company first appeared on the New Mexico Flying 40 list in 1998, and has been a consistent honoree, appearing at or near the top of the Flying 40′s top 10 revenue companies for 17 years.

"Growth is a core value for us at ARA," said ARA CEO Robert H. Sues, Ph.D. "We are committed to providing a work environment that challenges and rewards our efforts, provides opportunities for our employees to grow, and allows us to pursue work we are passionate about.
